As Project Engineer you are part of the project team working together on the realization of your assigned VYNCKE projects. Your main tasks lie in executing technical, administrative and coordination tasks in order to meet the project mile stones and to document the processes. The Project Design Engineer is the technical key player in the project team. Your goal is to ensure the correct design of the solution for our customer, within the budget and deadlines. As the ‘architect’ you holistically design biomass energy plants and simulate combustions systems, heat exchangers and auxiliary plant equipment. Together with the Project Layout Designer, you coordinate and follow up the detailed design of the project. You work closely with the Project Manager in each VYNCKE project. You report to Project Team Manager.

The Project Sales Engineer is supporting the project sales manager in defining & selling the best possible solution to our potential customers. You are the bridge between the project sales manager and the operations team. You are the technical partner of the project sales manager during the sales process.

As SharePoint Developer you are responsible for the improvement of our SharePoint environment. Together with your colleague, you analyze the needs, create the solution and test it. You train and support the end users once the tools are implemented. The applications you create, help our Vynckeneers to focus on their key tasks. As Project Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of skilled and enthusiastic VYNCKENEERS. Your role will be to mentor and guide the team in accomplishing complex technical projects in the region of Western Europe and Latin America.

As Project Sales Engineer you provide technically effective and economically attractive solutions to our future customers. With the solutions you offer you are the hinge between the customer’s demand and our project realization.

The Buyer Standard Parts focuses on the procurement of standard components for our projects and our customer service activities. You are the critical link between warehouse, business and suppliers. Your mission is to assure all repetitive purchases are available on time, meet the prescribed technical specs and are executed at the most optimal commercial conditions. You will have various daily contacts with suppliers, colleagues in warehouse & logistics and project buyers in the different VYNCKE settlements.

As a sales manager, you are the critical link between the potential customer and VYNCKE to ensure inquiries can be successfully turned into project contracts.  To reach that goal you work closely together with technical sales engineers and with the head of project operations.  Your link between our internal organization and the customer is from strategic importance. What you sell is what we build.

The Unit Manager is coordinating all project related process flows; starting with the support in presales until the project realization on site.  A unit manager at VYNCKE is appointed to a specific region or market segment aligned with the commercial strategy.  His prior focus is to be a partner in sales and a manager of the project operations. He contributes to the sales results and overall gross margin of the implemented projects.
