CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER
The Customer Service Engineer is realizing the after sales services for our customers : inspection & preventive maintenance, spare parts handling, repair works & technical problem solving and analysis. During these interventions, the Customer Service Engineer acts as a contact person for the client & subcontractors. At the office, Customer Service Engineer prepares the interventions, executes the related administration and supports the customers remotely.
UNIT MANAGER
The Unit Manager is coordinating all project related process flows; starting with the support in presales until the project realization on site. A unit manager at VYNCKE is appointed to a specific region or market segment aligned with the commercial strategy. His prior focus is to be a partner in sales and a manager of the project operations. He contributes to the sales results and overall gross margin of the implemented projects.
Customer Service Engineer
The Customer Service Engineer is responsible for customer service interventions on our sites, mainly in the European region.
You are in direct relation with our customers and you are the go to Vynckeneer on site. You can rely on a team of various technical specialists, both internally and externally.
